HERstory: Trouble & Strife

This project was put together for a small local gallery's Halloween show. Their theme for the show was "Beheaded". At the time, my daughters were very much into Six: The Musical, a modern and funny take on King Henry VII's six wives. So when I heard 'beheaded', I immediately thought of Anne Boleyn. I then thought that if I did Anne Boleyn, I needed to do the rest of the wives. The project was born.

Each wife is accompanied by an object the represents her and tells her part of the story.
